### How It Works

This formulation contains two lubricating agents, **Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC)** and **Dextran 70**, which act similarly to natural tears. These ingredients help provide temporary relief from eye dryness, burning, and discomfort by maintaining adequate moisture on the eye surface. They also help protect the eyes from irritation and environmental factors.

## Usage & Safety

### Dosage

**Usual Dose:** Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed to relieve dryness and irritation, or use as directed by your physician.

### Drug Interactions

Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or plan to take any other medicines, including over-the-counter products.

### Indication

Used for the relief of dry eyes caused by insufficient tear production. Artificial tears help replace natural moisture, soothe irritation, lubricate the eye surface, and improve overall eye comfort.

### When Not to Use

Do not use this product if you are allergic to **Dextran 70, Hypromellose (HPMC)**, or any other ingredient contained in the formulation.

### Precautions

If more drops are used than recommended, there is generally no cause for concern. Excess solution may be gently rinsed from the eye with warm water if necessary. Do not administer additional drops until your next scheduled dose.

### Warning

If you experience eye pain, headaches, changes in vision, persistent redness, or ongoing irritation, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Consult your doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 3 days.

Temporary blurred vision may occur immediately after application. Avoid driving or operating machinery until your vision has returned to normal.

Do not use these eye drops while wearing contact lenses. Remove lenses before application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them. This product contains **benzalkonium chloride**, a preservative that may cause eye irritation and may discolor soft contact lenses.
