**Melasma**

### How It Works

**Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.01%** is a mild corticosteroid that helps reduce skin inflammation.
**Hydroquinone 4%** is a skin-lightening agent that inhibits melanin production, helping to reduce dark patches.
**Tretinoin 0.05%** promotes faster skin cell turnover, assisting in the removal of pigmented skin cells and improving skin appearance.

### Usage & Safety

#### Dosage

**Adults:** Apply a thin layer once or twice daily for at least 8 weeks, or as prescribed by your physician.
**Children:** Use is not recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.

#### Side Effects

Possible side effects may include:

* Skin redness (erythema)
* Irritation or burning sensation
* Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation

#### Drug Interactions

May interact with topical keratolytic agents and other skin-irritating products.

#### Indication

Indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma.

#### Contraindications

Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients contained in this product.

### Precautions

#### Important Precaution

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and artificial UV light. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) and wear protective clothing when outdoors.

### Warnings

#### Warning 1

Use only on areas that have been examined and diagnosed by your dermatologist. For isolated brown spots (lentigines), treatment should not exceed 3 months. Although lentigines are generally benign, any lesion that persists, recurs, darkens, enlarges, or changes in appearance should be reassessed by a dermatologist.

#### Warning 2

Before using this medication, inform your doctor if you have any known drug allergies or a history of liver or kidney disease.

#### Warning 3

This medication may cause harm to an unborn baby. Do not use during pregnancy or if you are planning to become pregnant while undergoing treatment.
