Usage And Safety Dosage The recommended dose of Olopatadine Hydrochloride ophthalmic solution is one drop in each affected eye once daily, or as directed by your physician. Side Effects Ocular side effects may include blurred vision, burning or stinging, conjunctivitis, dry eye, foreign body sensation, redness, hypersensitivity, keratitis, eyelid swelling, pain, and itching. Non-ocular effects may include weakness, back pain, flu-like symptoms, headache, increased cough, infection, nausea, rhinitis, sinusitis, and taste disturbance.
